Bio

I am a researcher focused on cognition. My work uses reinforcement learning, information geometry, and machine learning to develop theoretical models of how organisms learn and think. My focus is on leveraging machine learning architectures as tools to probe brain function and the latent dynamics of thought. In previous roles, I have worked both as a generative AI artist and as a software developer, building real time prediction and anomaly detection pipelines for industry. Beyond these domains, I also draw on anthropology and linguistics as a comparative framework for understanding cognition in its broader cultural and evolutionary contexts.
